Younger Sister (妹 Imōto) together with her older sister were passengers in the train that Akabane Raishin and Yaya was in that was bounded for Liverpool.
Appearance
In the anime and in the manga special, Younger Sister is a child with blonde hair tied into chignons and brown eyes. She wears a white collared pink dress with a yellow ruffle collar at the neckline, a magenta ribbon tied at the middle of the collar, white cuffs with yellow ruffle trimmings, a vertical white stripe at the middle of the dress, two vertical orange stripes at each side of the white stripe, a horizontal violet stripe, yellow ruffle trimmings at the bottom of the dress, white stockings, and mid-calf length maroon boots, while holding an orange cat doll.
In the manga, Younger Sister is a child with hair tied into pigtails with ribbons. She wears a wears a high collared long sleeved tailored shirtwaist blouse with a ribbon strap tied at the middle of its collar, a belt around her waist, and a long walking trumpet skirt with a vertical stripe at the middle and ruffles on each side of the stripe.

Younger Sister together with Older Sister were inside a train that had departed from London and was bound for Liverpool. The train finally arrived at Lime Street Station but passed through on without a hint of stopping as its brakes have malfunctioned. The passengers became restless, then train conductor announced to the them the situation, and they went into a panicked frenzy. Raishin commanded the passengers to return to their seats and as he then made his way through the carriage he noticed Older Sister hugging a frightened Younger Sister who was curled up into a ball. Raishin assured the latter, took off his coat, and then nimbly exited through a window. After Raishin and Yaya had stopped the runaway train, Raishin came back into the carriage and took back his trunk when Older Sister and Younger Sister approached him. Younger Sister then returned Raishin's coat to him. Older Sister asked if Raishin was a magician, but Raishin replied that he was a puppeteer. Older Sister, surprised, surmised that Yaya was then his automaton. Yaya interjectionally remarked that she is, but added a perverted line. Older Sister, feeling self-conscious and embarrassed, slapped Raishin on the face, and hugging Younger Sister, ran away as fast as she could.
In the anime and manga special, they were seated on the seat in front of Raishin and Yaya.
